Jet has been used as a talisman since Stone Age Times and is formed from fossilised wood but looks like coal.

It draws out negative energy and alleviates unreasonable fears.  Said to attract ‘old souls’ who have a long experience of being incarnated on the earth, Jet can be used to open to psychic experiences and to aid the quest for spiritual enlightenment.

Traditionally, Jet jewellery was said to become part of the body of the wearer and should therefore be cleansed with particular care, especially if inherited or bought second-hand, and after each use.

Jet is said to stabilize finances and to protect businesses. It can be placed in a cashbox or the wealth corner of the house (far left rear corner) or business premises, or put a piece by your front door to enhance your employment prospects and to retain a job once you secure it.

Jet promotes taking control of life, balances mood swings, alleviates depression, and brings stability and balance. Jet cleanses the base chakra and stimulates the rise of the kundalini force, directing it towards the crown chakra when placed at the chest.

Where are the crystals wrapped? Our silver wrapping is all done on site at Elements of Avebury and is in 925 silver.

Having been a jewellery maker for so many years, I decided that using cheaper, non-sterling silver wire was not good enough for Elements. Over the years our customers have always cherished the crystals and jewellery they purchase from us, therefore the quality of both the stones and the sterling silver wire is extremely important to us.

These are a real treat… Donna hand selects one of our hand chosen crystals, then it is beautifully wrapped in 925 sterling silver wire and made into a pendant.

The beauty of these pendants is not just that the crystals have been hand chosen… our wire wrapping is all perfectly started and finished in Avebury.

Because we wrap in Avebury, we can create the most beautiful and unusual pieces that you would not normally see as a silver pendant. They are popular and sell very quickly!
