Returns

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please do not send any purchase back to the manufacturer. Our returns policy is 14 days, where 14 days have passed since the purchase has been made we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts will not be refunded and the same if any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

We do not accept returned giftcards.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that the returned item has been received and whether an approval or rejection of a refund will be made.

If approved the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Refunds can take between 5 and 7 days to process. If a refund is not showing on your credit card or in your bank after a 7 day period then please contact us on info@elementsofavebury.co.uk

Sale items

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

As 95% of our items are hand crafted, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  It will be difficult to exchange it for the same item, however, send us an email at info@elementsofavebury.co.uk to discuss further.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Elements of Avebury Ltd, 1 Green Street, Avebury, SN81RE, United Kingdom. Please ensure that you discuss this with us by email or telephone before putting the item in the post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Elements of Avebury will not be held responsible for any returned items not being received.
