Tourmalinated Quartz has dark strands of Tourmaline in Quartz, bringing strong grounding and protecting qualities that strengthens the body’s energy field against external invasion and deflect negative or detrimental environmental influences. It helps to integrate and heal shadow energies, alleviates self-sabotage and is an effective problem solver. A harmonising stone, Tourmalinated Quartz balances polarities and turns negative thoughts and energies into positive ones.  It dissolves crystallised patterns which have had an adverse effect on life and releases tensions at any level.
