Like a beautiful garden which has been well cared for, you extend the same tenderness to yourself. The correct nourishment to help you stay healthy, impeccably manicured like a lush green lawn and regularly removing the spent flowerheads to keep yourself looking and feeling your best. You are well aware that all of this beauty originates on the inside, but there is nothing like a little self worship to show yourself just how valued you are.
Agate
Agates work slowly and gently but bring great strength. They are excellent for grounding, working on the emotional, physical and intellectual levels and aid in centring and stabilizing physical energy.
